Scott Burgess, MD
Dr. Burgess has specialty fellowship training in hand and microsurgery through the Mary S. Stern Foundation and the University of Cincinnati in Ohio. He is engaged in ongoing research and has had several national publications. Dr. Burgess teaches both orthopaedic and plastic surgery residents as clinical faculty of Michigan State University’s Department of Surgery. He was part of the OAM team that traveled to Haiti to help with earthquake relief in 2010 and has done additional medical mission trips since. His hobbies include camping, water sports, fishing, running, triathlons and reading.
